Return and Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Customers have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product for any reason. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

 

2. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Malicious Returns: Refund requests deemed to be malicious or abusive will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds from customers who engage in frequent or unreasonable return behavior.

Cross-Border Orders: Refund requests for orders shipped across international borders will not be accepted. Cross-border shipping involves additional complexities and costs, and we do not support returns for such orders.

 

3. Refund Process

Customers must contact customer service within the refund period to submit a refund request, providing necessary documentation such as the order number and photos of the product.

Customer service will provide a return address and instructions for returning the product.

Customers must ship the product back to the provided address within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 business days.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

Returns not caused by the quality of the product will be returned at the customer's expense for shipping costs to and from the customer.
